National Tree week

The aim is to plant a native hedgerow to rehabilitate parts of the yard perimeter. Nearly 500 trees will be

 planted to help screen the yard and replace some of the habitat which has declined over the years.

 We also plan to plant 5 oak trees grown from the seeds of the historic oaks still on site to replace

old trees which have died, in a area of the site where they can mature without any disruption to the site.
